Frequently Asked Questions
Q: None of my devices are connecting to the internet. What do I do?
A: Try turning off your router wait 5-10 seconds and turn it back on again. If your device(s) are still not connected after 5 minutes head over to our IT page to request an appointment.
Q: My device is not performing like it usually does. What should I do?
A: In most cases all you need to do is perform a software update on your device. You can most likely find it under "about" in your device settings.
Q: How can I make my password(s) stronger?
A: The quick answer is randomly select twelve (12) or more characters that contain at least one (1) upper and lowercase letter, at least one (1), and one (1) special character (!@#$%^&*).
Q: I have a hard time remembering my passwords. What should I do?
A: There are multiple ways to keep your passwords safe and in a place you can remember. We recommend using a password manager such as LastPass. LastPass is a password manager that keeps your passwords safely secured in an online vault.
*Discounts are not stackable:
Birthday discounts - Must be within 1 week of your birthday, and proof must be shown.

Veterans - Must show a Military ID card or other form of proof of service.
**For virtual appointments you will be sent an invoice through the method of contact you specified as your preferred method of contact. The time starts once you join the call/meeting.
***Checks must be made out to Grafton Studios LLC. Cash payments must be in exact amounts, change is not provided. Card payments are run through Square, please review their policies for any safety/security concerns. Tax will be added at the end of every invoice. PayPal, Venmo, CashApp or any other banking/money sending app is not an approved form of payment. Please call or have multiple forms of payment.
****A travel fee is put in place to assist with travel expenses. For every mile over 25 miles traveled to the appointment, there will be a $0.15 charge. For a quote or estimate please call us. Miles traveled is taken from Apple Maps' fastest route. A copy may be provided upon request.
